What we’re looking for in a Nerd.

We are looking for professional, responsible, and friendly people who are eager to utilize their Nerd skills to help out clients in their time of need. Whether you’re an experienced tech training expert, an installation or repair technician, man, woman, or robot, you should apply at Nerd Alert. We are looking only for the best of the best to join our team of Nerds.

Responsibilities

• Teach clients on how to use their computer and mobile devices and/or software.
• Assist with computer, Wi-Fi & printer setups.
• Troubleshoot tech issues and provide the best possible solution.
• Pickup and drop off devices
• Consult customers as it pertains their technology needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Outstanding customer services skills
• Patience with helping people with their technology
• Great troubleshooting skills
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications (one or more)

• Knowledge of Windows products and Operation Systems
• Knowledge of Apple products and Operating Systems
• Knowledge of Android and/or Apple mobile devices
• Knowledge of popular productivity suites such as: Microsoft Office & iWork
