The new iPhone generation has just been released and already the world is drooling over its features. Those who have already fallen in love with Apple’s product would not have thought twice about upgrading, but there are those who are uncertain. What is it that makes the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus so special? What will you be able to do with it that you can’t do with your current iPhone 6 models?

The Good
Despite what you may have read online or heard through the grapevine, the iPhone 7 has a lot of good to offer. It is one of the best Apple iPhones ever to be released and it is probably the sleekest smartphone on the market at the moment.
Firstly, those unearthly antennas that looked like a big sore toe on the 6S have been removed. The colors schemes have been kept and you can still buy the phone in gold, rose gold, and silver. Two new colors have been added – matte black and glossy black – while the space-grey option has been removed. Additionally:
-Users can also look forward to a longer lasting battery life and an improved camera with dual lenses.
-The camera features a brightened LED light and stabilization technology for better photos.
-The FaceTime camera has been upgraded to 7 megapixels for better video communication.
-The sound has been upgraded to stereo and the screens have been improved in brightness and clarity.
-The toughness of the screen has been enhanced by new Gorilla Glass to prevent premature damage.
-Storage space improved and the smallest iPhone 7 can now be bought from a 32GB size right up to a 256GB size.
The Bad
One of the most crucial mistakes Apple made was removing the headphone jack and replacing it with exclusive AirBuds. While this makes connectivity easier, the public has not accepted this as a good thing. Unless you have a pair of Bluetooth-enabled earphones or have already purchased the AirBuds, you are going to have to make do with a lot of adapters and possibly an expensive headphone set.
Some users have complained that it automatically comes with the iOS 10, which is understandable, but it is problematic for those who preferred the older versions.
The case of the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus is a tricky one, especially if you are unsure of what you should do.
The iPhone 6, 6S and Plus have been voted some of the best models of iPhones ever to be created. Some users argued that the iPhone 7 generation does not have enough changes and it is very similar to the iPhone 6 generation. The size, for instance, is still very much the same and at a quick glance they look almost identical. The question you should ask is whether or not you need these minor changes and whether or not they will make a difference.
